Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Policy
These are some of the foundational principles of our business. They help us stay committed to service excellence, ensure zero incidents, utilize resources efficiently and support economic and environmental sustainability. Continuous training for all our staff ensures that everyone performs safely and exceeds the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety Act: Section 44, ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18000. We are also subject to regular review by both internal and external audit.
Management
Our management is responsible in ensuring that all activities for a project in planning and
implementing by the Project Management Body of Knowledge principle. We thrive in finding
optimal balance to maximize the value for each project to the company’s success by considering the budget, schedule and scope.
Recruitment, Training and Development
Staying in line with the Skills Development Act, South African Qualifications Authority Act and the Employment Equity Act, we firmly pursue the equal employment, skills training and on-going support of the workforce in order to improve the overall competency, productivity and competitiveness.
Quality Control
The directors and management of Manxiwa Group have established and maintain a formal quality control system in accordance with the contractual specified SABS (SANS) standards and customer specifications for each project.

DIRECTOR
Mr Mbeko Manxiwa founded Manxiwa Group with the vision and mission to assist in alleviating poverty by employing unemployed youth in disadvantaged local communities and providing skills and social development training. He is currently the Director of the company and therefore guides the company’s strategic direction. Mr Manxiwa holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
SHEQ MANAGER
Ms Mantwa Tlou is our Sheq Manager; she studied Public Management, Health, and Safety. Ms Tlou has vast experience within the industry.
